Most likely you have a virus and it has corrupted the boot files of the OS. Most likely you'll have to reformat the computer with your original OS disk and lose everything. Your only option for saving information would be to perhaps run a check disk and fix the errors or use a Linux Live CD and manually mount the hard drive to recover any data.
