I have the same problem and have contacted HP several times to find out where the wireless switch is located or how to access it through the fn keys. HP stubbornly refuses to tell me this information unless I renew my warranty. Given the information, the fix can be made. I had the same problem with a Dell and with ATT Tech Support was able to resolve the problem, but they couldn't resolve the same problem with my Presario because apparently you need to access the wireless switch.

Sir

Please proceed with the instructions below.

Step 1:

Enable the Wi-Fi feature of your mobile device. Look for the wireless network name (SSID) of the WeMo Light Switch which will be WeMo.Light.xxx and tap it to connect your device.

QUICK TIP: If you have multiple WeMo devices, connect to the one with the same WeMo ID at the back of the device. The WeMo ID is the word WeMo followed by WeMo model, and then three (3) alphanumeric characters.

NOTE: To know how to enable the Wi-Fi feature of your mobile device, refer to your device\'s manual.

NOTE: WeMo can only connect to your 2.4 GHz network.

Wait while the WeMo App attempts to connect. If the WeMo encounters difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi network, try refreshing your mobile device\'s Wi-Fi and try connecting again. For more troubleshooting instructions,Click Hear,

Step 4:

When the WeMo Light Switch setup is completed, tap Done after viewing the information of the device.

QUICK TIP: You can customize the Name, Device Icon, and Email of your WeMo Light Switch. It is recommended to enable the Remember Wi-Fi Settings option so the WeMo App will automatically connect to your wireless network once it is in range.

The WeMo App will then refresh, look for devices and automatically detect your WeMo Light Switch.

The wireless icon on the router is flashing in orange and the signal is not going through to my laptop

Orange signal signifies some bug in the router You can reset the router using a paper clip and then check if it turns Green/Blue.
Also you can try to upgrade the firmware on your router Even then if wifi light is orange, its a hardware failure

So you having problem with your connection?

Try this:
1. Go to settings on your wireless router via Internet Browser.
2. Right click to the wireless icon connected on the menu bar.
3. Select status>Support tab>Obtain your default gateway address ( e.g. 192.168.1.1)
4. Enter your gateway address to your Internet Browser.
5. And there's settings for your router. (keep it mind to make sure you protected, change your password for your router, and make WPA encryption for your WiFi.

Hope that will help you! Feel free to ask me =]

WHERE IS THE RESET BUTTON ON MY WIRELESS BELKIN KEYBOARD ANTONE??

had the same problem and tried pressing down the connection button on the keyboard at the same time as the connect button on the receiver. If you press down on both intermittently then they should pick up each other.
It seems there isnt a reset button like there is on the mouse, which is what i was looking for on the keyboard - i presume they mean the connection button / LED light but you have to press the receiver button at the same time.
good luck!

Belkins router not connecting to cable modem

You need to start from beginning. Clear all temp internet files and run this programme Start>Run ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter. Get into the routers settings(probably 192.168.2.1) and ensure in the Lan settings that 'DHCP Server' is on and wireless is enabled.(you might need to be connected by RJ45 lan cable first) If it's a 125mbps router change settings to 54mbps to try that speed first(especially as your wireless cards will be 54 mbps) look in Mac address Filtering is off. Look in the DHCP Client list and see if your pc's were allocated ip addresses, if so it should allow an internet connection. Go to both your pc's wireless cards properties and under TCP/IP properties ensure obtain ip address automatically is checked. Restart both pc's and the router, disconnect cable and try wirelessly
