Align screen problem after setting factory settings

This happens when there is something which interrupts the process .Do you have a screen guard applied on the screen , try removing that and then align it .

I am using i-mate Ultimate 6150.I made all settings as a Factory setting and my phone got restarted.Now its asking screen align.I am aligning screen more than 30min but still showing same .

Please give me instruction to solve problem

i made a hard reset to my i mate ultimate 6150 then it's blocked in part of it with out continue the reset process.I take off the battary then it stops on one screen in blue colour with imate word on it

The problem has something to do with the program. The firmware of your iMate 6150 could be corrupted. Contact the manufacturer and have them reinstall the firmware on your iMate and that should work again.
