The three beeps tells you that something inside the system is not properly installed. Check all hardware installations and position properly all hardware not properly installed. If nothing is improperly installed, try cleaning the RAM with a piece of clean cloth and install properly.
Depends which version of their board you have, I will list them here so you can just check your board and reference the right one:
Intel Desktop Board D865GLC - 4GB maximum Ram
Intel Desktop Board D865GSA - 2GB maximum Ram
Intel Desktop Board D865GLCLK - 4GB maximum Ram
If you only have 512MB Ram at this point then you definately will see huge performance increases if you take it up to at least 2GB and if you can take it to 4GB (especially since these boards only have onboard video instead of graphics card)

was you check your ram?/is your ram ok, usually the ram that half dead make this response, plug off ram then hear is there any beep, if yes change your ram if no its mean *********** board was damaged, change your motherboar
