Question about Belkin (F5D9230-4) Wireless Router (F5D92304)
Always shows not seccured
Type 192.168.0.1 into the internet browser url box.this is the router's ip address.
it should ask for a username and password. try admin for username and password for password. then check the page it is displaying. this is the settings page for the router. you can change the username and password in there. write it down!
then you could go to your wireless connection list, right click on the connection and press properties. hit the security tab and there should be a line saying security options or something like that (that's what it is in vista) and enable encryption, like WEP, or preferably WPA. there will be a list of available protection methods. i'm not sure but wpa2 might be a good way to go.
hope this helps, good luck.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
