For Digital Copiers - Blank copies are caused by failure in Transfer Corona Assy,This is like a thin wire that goes from end to end, you can clean this with a moistened piece of cloth (not too much water) and completely dried and re install again, depending on the type of assembly you have you might want to clean the whole thing with a vacuum cleaner as well to remove any toner particles around that might cause some erratic problems on the charging process
Try cleaning the print connectors with a q-tip. It seems that your connectors are not making connection with your ink cartridges connectors. Do your ink cartridge still have ink in them? Try running a ink cartridge test, this will try you the % of ink in your ink cartridges.

Make sure the original is face down on the platen (glass copy surface).
hi first of all you must post the machine make and the model number , and add more information about the result of your copy if totaly blank or there is some area of toner or part of the copy has a picture
Hello Belal, hope you are well. I could use a bit more detail please. What brand and model copier do you have? How long
have you had it and was this blank copy problem a slow deterioration or a sudden problem? The reason I ask is that I have been servicing copiers for about 20 years and all these factors will have a huge impact as as to being able to diagnose a problem remotely. I will do my best to try to help you.
open front cover, relase green handle (push to left) look carefully at the part that drops down, grab the black plastic block on the drop down part and you can pull it out towards you, becarefull not to break the this wires in it, check it for foreign objects or toner, clean with dry rag and refit into machine. will be similar procedure for most brand -older copiers

why is it important to perform regular wire cleaning on your B&W copier?
Broken charger wire or broken transfer wire or could be exposure lamp under platen (glass)

Make sure the charger assembly located above the drum and toner is pushed in all the way. The charger wire may be broken. the transfer wire may be broken. located under drum.
This is rather deep in the fact that most end users would not know how to remedy the suggestions I am about to submit. The primary charge corona assembly could be defective. The transfer corona assembly may be defective as well which could also cause a jamming problem at the drum area.( helpful factoid) The developer drive assembly may be bad which would not allow sufficient toner to be available to create the image. I am merely trying to be helpful as I know these to be true but where you continue from here is a matter between you and your wallet ! :-) Good luck.
If it is a copier it will use lamps to expose the origional. These lamps need to come on during the copy scan or flash cycle.
If they do come on then you will probably have a broken charge wire sometimes called a corotron wire.
If you are connected to a computer and are sending the image to be printed , make sure you select the correct printer, make sure the cables are firmly connected, If you have reconnected any cables you need to reboot your computer to enable the connection.
The most likely cause is a broken transfer corona wire. The transfer/sep corona unit is the silver unit with white plastic guides that run over it, just after the registration rollers in the machine. It could also be the main charge corona, which is a customer removable unit next to the toner cartridge.
The main corona unit should have one charge wire and the transfer should have two wires, one in each section.
It is no transfer roller, no bias voltage , Or no DV unit turning. On these machines, if you pulled out a jam from the cassette, without first removing the process unit.
It would break the drum drive gear. The new units have been modified with a new gear.
No drum turn, blank copy. And usually jams quite often.
Make sure the document size sensors on the document feeder are not being held down and that the paper size is set to the size you require, rather than AUTO. If the Blank image problem is constant, a corona wire might be snapped or a corona assy may be arcing to the assy frame. Inspect all corona assys, usually three, and replace or re-wire as neccessary.
you check the corona wire and process unit all ground spring

Maybe the scanner has ran out of normal function or the voltage regulator that controls it malfunctions..and also check the corona wires if they are properly inserted..if the wires were broken definitely you'll get a blank copy...
