  • Hi, there are a few things you can do to see if the "Software is installed. The first is to go to the Control Panel's (Programs), Uninstall a programs, you want to view that the software is present. If the software is listed? Try to (repair, or change the program). Next, open the Task Manager from the Desktop, (right) click on the Taskbar to open. In the Task manager you want to open the Services... click on the button. In the next window, scroll through the listings to find the Microsoft. Net... click to open, and see if its (Enabled; if the service is running), if not? Enable the service, Start the service, select "Apply and OK." Note: Most changes, updates, downloads.. require the computer to be restarted for the applications to take effect.
