HELP i have no audio and then sometimes i do philips 43p8341

sounds like your two convergence ICs are shorted out, plus you probably need two 6.8ohm resistors ICs are part # STK392-120
should be installed by a trained repairman cost about $300-400

You will need two STK392-120 convergence IC and about six 6.8 ohm 1watt convergence resistors you can get the parts at the following link and they provide free step by step instructions with pics.

convergence problem. replace this 2 IC parts: STK392-120. verify if this is the same # IC in your set. it is mounted on a big heatsink. let us know.

Could be the fuse or the IC chip. If you have no audio or video but the power light is on try this repair kit

Change the coolant in the blue CRT and your picture will be new looking again. Let me know if you need more information.

Generally, a convergence issue...requires chassis pull &
replacement of two IC's.....large STK's on largest heatsinks in set......up-grade for STK392-110,120 = STK393-160...I use
Hitachi # CZ 01341.....Do not use generics ! Also,check for
over-heated resistors near IC's....1 to 2 ohm.....1 to 2 watt.........

Change Convergence amps and resistors around it.

this may need a small signal module and or stk packs
