What is the heat selector knob?

The instruction book (page 8) mentioned a heat selector knob and says to turn it to "soft" or "strong." I don't see any heat selector knob.

This allows you to adjust the temperature to match what you are drying. Some fabrics and clothes require low heat or you may only be drying a small amount of clothes and don't need much heat. You also may not want high heat to avoid shrinkage of some clothes.

I have a Farberware Toaster Oven model #510615. The Mode Selector knob stopped working. When the oven is turned on, it is in Toast mode. The selector knob is not changing it anymore

Unfortunately, it does not look like there is a replacement part available for your Farberware Toaster Oven model #510615. You may want to consider purchasing a new toaster oven.

Kenmore 385.1695180 is stuck on revers

Your stitch selector knob is still set on the 3rd leg of the buttonhole. Turn your knob left further and it should go down to a straight stitch or zigzag.
If it doesn't, put a drop of machine oil in all the places that your instruction book tells you to, and after running it for a minute or so, try it again. It should eventually release and start sewing forward. If it doesn't, you will need to see a mechanic.

The microwave says H:H 80, how do I reset it

H:H 80 on a Miele microwave indicates that the microwave's Keep Warm feature is in use. To end the cycle, open the microwave door or operate a selector or sensor (press a button (not the time display) or turn the selector knob). The keep warm setting runs the microwave for 15 minutes at 80W power starting 2 minutes after any program that used more the 450W of power. You can turn off the Keep Warm feature completely in the microwave settings. To change the setting, touch the menu button (arrow and three horizontal lines). Press OK and turn the selector knob until you see P9. Press OK and then turn the selector knob to change the setting. Press OK to save.

I found this in the manual for one of the Miele microwaves, http://static.appliancesconnection.com/attachments/D1418829486.pdf . on page 30. The section on changing the settings starts on page 40.

I hope this helps.

How do I turn the Miele oven on? Model is H6260BP

To turn on the oven, press the recessed On/Off button on the left below the rotary selector knob. Make sure that the system lock is off. (The display will show S 1 if it is on.) Press and release the function selector and rotary selector knobs if they are retracted. Rotate the function selector to the desired function icon (line up the dot). Then turn the selector knob to select the oven temperature. Press OK to start cooking.

Miele has the manual for the H 6260 BP oven on the product site on the Downloads tab: https://www.miele.com.au/domestic/ovens-1451.htm?mat=09514470&name=H_6260_BP . The direct link to the manual is https://www.miele.com.au/pmedia/ZGA/TX3587/10108150-000-01_10108150-01.pdf . See page 21 for a picture of the oven controls.

I hope this helps.

How do you use the pattern stitching module in singer model 2732. I have the Manuel but still don't understand how it works. I have followed instructions and nothing happens. I must be doing something...

Have you installed the stitch selector pattern module for the patterns you want, seated it properly as outlined on page 52 of the instruction book following all 7 steps? (Page 54 identifies the knobs and lever's that need to be moved to successfully install the pattern module)

If that is done correctly, then selecting a stitch is done with the stitch selector lever being moved under the letter corresponding to the stitch you are trying to select. (Shown beginning page 55) You also need to move the stitch length knob as indicated.

You will need to be sure you are following the instructions very carefully as there are a number of settings that need to be made to ensure you get the stitch you are trying to achieve.

I hope this helps you.

Recently bought a house that has system CVA615. Hasn't been used a dozen times they said - so I cleaned per instructions. It now says "hot waster - expel air". Have done everything book said...

When selecting "Hot Water," can you hear a pump working (usually a strong buzzing sound)? If you do, then water path may be blocked or pump itself is jammed. A jammed water pump still makes buzzing sound. May be stuck from not using, for long period of time. Especially, in hard water areas.
