Question about RCA Standard (CRT) Televisions
I have a 52 inch Rca tv that was working fine and then started to act up by not coming on right away and would have to turn off and back on and then it would work. It did this for about a week and then it would not come on at all and it makes a funny sound when it is pluged in that almost sounds like a bad hard drive would sound thats the only way I can discribe the sound. I am not sure of the problem but am wondering if it is the power supply or thr flyback or if it might be something else. Was told by repair shop it might be power supply and was going to have him repair it but he closed up and now the nearest is to far and I now I could do it if I new which part to get and where to get it.
