Um, very possible a computer board has failed. Unless you know a computer whiz, check with your Bernina technician.

Hi I am looking for the software for a bernina artista 170 Artlink CPS special edition 2000 Platinum edition. I Just bought it and the software is for a older computer and I need the software for windows...

I would go to the bernina website and see if any upgrades/updates are available. Most sewing manufacturers have these available for free. Phone a friendly dealer too.

Bernina Virtuosa 150 Quilters Edition

I would start out by putting some cleaner (409) on a q-tip and run it everywhere the thread touches. Guides, tension discs, the under side of the needle plate gets missed alot. Around the hook casing. Then I would just keep sewing on scraps, I know this wastes thread but eventually it will clean itself. A very close zigzag satin stitch would work best.
