Hello educare have and welcome to FixYa. I see you are having issues with loading your game data in Gran Turismo 5 for the PS3. Sadly it appears that your game data has been corrupted and the data will have to be reinstalled but before we go with that method lets try this first.

1- Go to the Gran Turismo Main Menu and select Options on the lower right half of the screen.

2- Now you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the Options Menu until you see Advanced Options and select it.

3- Now you will see an option to Salvage Data. Select it.

4- Your PS3 will now attempt to recover your data. If the screen after a few moments says Data Recovered then you are good to go however if it says Data Recovery Failed we now have to take more drastic options.

5- Quit your game and return to the XMB menu.

6- Go to Game Data located in the Game Data section.

7- Find and select your Gran Turismo 5 file and press the SQUARE button.

8- You will see the option to delete the file. Select that option.

9- Now we have just deleted your Game Data file but not your Game Save Data file.

10- Return to your game and then retry loading your tracks. If all works out your tracks should load and all of your car collection data and profile will still be fully intact.

I hope you found this information useful and I wish you the very best of luck educare and thank you for using FixYa.

How to keep playstation 3 cool and silent

get 4 ridged foam pads dimensions 4cm by 4cm by 4cm (4cm cubed)

and place the foam pads underneath where the four rubber feet are while the console is horizontal

this will move the ps3 4cm in the air creating more room for the air intake vents on the left side (the side where the hard drive is)

since i have done this my ps3 has been silent while on cross media bar and i mean silent and barely noticeable while playing MW2

How do you creait a playlist

You must first Rip your albums or Mix CD's to your Xbox, insert an album and click on Rip CD to save it to your Hard Drive, play an album and click on edit or save playlist below the play/stop/forward/ buttons, and get rid of songs you don't want if needed. While playing that album still, back out with the red "b" button on your controller and back up until you are back at albums, now click on it, select another album, and choose "add to current playlist" or "add to playlist" and it will now stack that album on the bottom of the first. Again you can edit and delete or organize songs, then save playlist. Now you can name it and when you go to saved playlists instead of Albums, it will be there. Anymore trouble, please email me at xxsodasipperxx@yahoo.com

My PS3 wont allow me to download anything to the harddrive.

This error has been dubed as the Virus error by PS3 users. The hard drive needs to be completely wiped. You can do this by doing the full system restore. (Yea, the one that takes 10 hours) One or more of your files may be corrupted with a very small but lethal file that affects the PS3 but may not affect your PC. If all else fails, try a different hard drive. I hope this helps you. Good luck and happy gaming!!

Error 8003041C comes up when I try to delete movies from ps3

Might be a virus or a corrupted file on the ps3 which has been transfered using an mp3 play. Check your computer for viruses and the mp3 play as well.

How do i play music on psp

Hey minimart,

If you kept all of the MP3's in the same file structure they were on your computer, this might explain why you are encountering this problem. Unlike some regular MP3 players, the PSP is unable to recognize anything beyond two folder levels. As an example, while your computer would be able to determine what "Music > Artist > Album > Songs" means, the PSP is not able to read anything beyond the "Artist" subfolder.

Hope this helps you out.

Sincerely,
Aaron

HHD MEMORY

Okay just to tell you the PS3 has 5 gbs already taken up on it.
I think its because the memories of the Saved Files you have on the Ps3 is usually a big amount of room on the PS3. Btw the Ps3 has updates so if you have a low amount of GBs its probably cuz of updates you should have about 48 GB of room left on the Ps3 try deleting the saved Files or try looking at how big the saved Files are.

Your Welcome
