Why don't you try one of these small FM transmitters you can buy 'everywhere' these days and you then just tune the car radio to the same frequency youv'e set the Tx. to !!!

I'm assuming you have the usb cable that came with the tuner. A manual would be helpful.
connect the mp3 player to the tuner via the usb and set the mode button to AUX
