The issue is with your scanner unit warming up. It is not able to warm and there is a fatel error with your scanner. The truth is that you would in the case of nearly all other printer makes, replace the scanner unit, However this is a HP, and HP do not provide spare parts for their ink jet models. I am afraide you will be looking at a replacement printer and there is not a thing any one can do about it, unless you can find someone who also has one of these printers but it is faulty for a different reason.
I am sorry to inform you of this, but that is the facts.
