if the answer is yes, then please try to find the original intel board cd for the same,, in the cd please find the file named "KB888111", its update file please copy or download from net & intall on ur pc.......'
Try "File" and "Save As", and see if can choose the 'Adobe PDF' as the "filtetype".
If not, then you need software, such as http://www.win2pdf.com to add PDF-creation capabilities to *ANY* program on your computer that has a 'Print' option.
Labels, brochures, etc will load, but not invoices in Win 7. Set up a Virtual XP (or ME or whatever you had before) in Win 7 and it should work. I don't know if it works in Win 7 Pro using XP compatibility mode, but downloading a vitual machine (or VM player) works in Win 7 Home.
If an update to Norton 360 doesn't fix it, and Proventure tech support doesn't have an answer, just uninstall N360 and use a free product like AVG for your antivirus. N360 in general is just a resource hog, and doesn't keep you any safer than free products that are available. Windows Defender is a perfectly good spyware product, it's free and has a low footprint.
The latest is version 4. it is listed as Windows XP. you can try this one, but no guaranty it will work. but it should be better that v3
