Once you see the mechanism the flywheel is the largest 'dull' silver colered disc you can see. somtimes a cassette mechanism can be helped along by moving this disc with your index finger.
if it recovers, you have bought a little time but the belts must be replaced. You will need a pro to replace the belts or a really mechanically inclined friend.turntableneedles.com has over 450 belt sizes but they show no listing for your model as of yet. so you would have to provide belt length info to get the right belt sizes.
