My computer couldn't recognize usb connection with... (by 2 users)

When I tried to synchronize my e755 with computer by ActiveSinc, message:
-Unknown device
appeared.
I made hard reset, and tried to do it on different computers, but result the same.
Please let me know whats going on, and how can it be fixed.

I tried to use with ActiveSinc 3.7v and 4.5v and it still doesn't work

I have the same problem.

1 Other User Has The Same Problem

i have i-mate pocket pc but when i am connecting to my computer through USB cable it appears as unknown device

Have you downloaded the latest active sync from microsoft, as i think there were some problems.
