Question about Printers & Copiers
Open your printer as though you are going to change a cartridge, there you will see a large opening to the rear of the printer, check cearfully on both sides of this opening and I believe you will find the offending paper jam that you can't find. You may need to move the print head across, Fear not, you wont break it if you mave it. Get a torch and have a really good look.
