Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
The little cleaner sponge tab is stuck - usually it gets gunked up with ink. Turn your printer off and unplug it. When the printer is off, the printhead will slide freely by hand. This will provide easy access to a small cleaner sponge tab located below the printhead in its docked position. Gently push it (don't force it) from the top. If it doesn't release, look carefully - there may be a tiny piece of paper or other debris wedged in there. If so, carefully remove it with a tweezer-type tool. Once it moves freely, plug the printer back in and turn it on. The error should be gone.
