Question about E-Machines 17" Widescreen Flat Panel LCD Monitor
It is either a driver issue or it could
be your resolution / refresh rate is not compatible with your Monitor.To see if this is the issue restart the PC and during boot keep hitting F8 and go into safe mode and see if it works... If it does:
Double click System -> Hardware tab -> Device Manager
You need to uninstall your Video Controller
Reinstall then restart and your issue should fixed...
You will need to reset your resolution settings likely...
