Dymo stamps doesn't see USB Dymo scale

Dymo stamps says scale not connected when scale is connected. Can't automatically weigh and print postage.

I purchased a 50# DigiWeigh scales from Ravenscalesonline in Ebay.  The weigh button always shows a 0 weight in Dymo Stamps even when the digital display on the scale shows a weight.  The Ebay seller will not respond to any questions.

I have tried several types of packages and every option I can find in the software.

You might try connecting the USB cable directly to one of the computer's USB ports.  My scale (DigiWeigh) showed as not connected when it was connected to a USB hub.  When it is connected directly to the computer, it shows the scale as connected.  Unfortunately, it still won't transfer weights to the Dymo Stamps software.

HOW DO I buy a US postage stamp Printer?

You can print US postage stamps on a standard office printer to print postage by the sheet or using a specialty roll printer like the Brother QL-700.

This is one example from Staples.com:

DYMO LabelWriter 400 Turbo Installed but gives error message when sending prints

First of all, on Dymos you need to use original Dymo roll,.

Dymo rolls have a tag at the back, non original ones does not have it.

Before reinstalling driver you also need to run the dymo uninstaller utility that you find at Dymo website.

I will post the links for download.

My Microboards PF2 does not print color properly.

The next to last cartridge I installed did not print properly. It seemed like all the colors were not there so I weighed it on a postage scale and it weighed less than another new one I had. I called Microboards. They said to send it to them and they replaced it. It may not be that, but weighing it should give some indication if it is.

Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo/Postage Issue

Yes, you are indeed doing something wrong. In terms of the "free" electronic postage offer, what you want to sign up for is the "DYMO Stamps" program, offered via endicia (this is different from endicia's other PAID programs...just be aware).

Simply put, just google "dymo stamps" and the first hit will bring you right to the sign-up location you want.

Just to clarify, unless you have a special program I'm not aware of, stamps.com is most definitely NOT free. They require a monthy fee (of course, they do have a free first month if that's what you're talking about). Regardless, stamps.com DOES work with the LabelWriter 400...but just not with the special "Dymo Stamp Labels" (these "stamps" only work with the free monthly servcie I mentioned earlier, "DYMO Stamps"). You can print up postage/labels via stamps.com just fine using the other size 2-part or 3-part labels sold via stamps.com or dymo.com's store.

good luck!
