Question about Car Audio & Video
Wired in sony stereo/cd player in as per instructions provided by shop that sold me the unit . instructions were wrong . they mixed up the constant feed and the ign feeds .
Now i have NO constant power feed anywhere . and injectors wont fire. have checked fuel pump and plugs and both working fine.
Feel its blown a fuse somewhere but i cant find where .
any ideas on where to look ?
have checked all std under dsah fuses and the 2 under hood boxes
The injection fuse is located in under the hood, There is a main fuse box there it some where close to the battery or air filter. The fuse is labeled injection or fuel. You might what to have a diagnostic done to determine if you damaged the cars ECU (on board computer) chances are you damaged this from short circuiting it, this controlls the fireing of the injectors as well so if its damaged you will have the same problem as well as many many many others. If it is damaged you will have no choice but to replace it.
