Question about Dell (E210882) Motherboard
When I press the power button there is a beeping sound and then 3 & 4 on the front panel is illuminated.
Unplug Motherboard completely from all power. Remove RAM and all ISA/PCI/PCI-E/AGP cards out carefully and wait like 5 minutes. Try again using only bare essentials: Video card and 1 stick of ram. Alternate RAM is possible if it doesn't work. Try a New Video Card if nothing else works... Most MB manufacturers will have a chart that has the beep codes so you can at least narrow it down if not solve it by the beeps.

Constant beeping on power up can be a memory issue.
Locate the memory module and reseat it by taking it out and putting it back. Do this with the battery and power adaptor out. The module is normally located under a cover on the base of the computer.
