Has something fused? Is there any sign of life? Is there a light on? Is the pan in correctly and lid closed? Is it old?

Cuisinart cbk-200 bread pan paddle does not turn.

Your drive belt is probably broken or has slipped off. Unplug your machine and turn it on its side (remove the pan and paddle first) and remove the bottom panel with a screwdriver. Most bread machines have a removable panel. Hopefully yours is one of those. You will then be able to see if the belt is broken or has slipped off. You can reach me at breadmachineshelp.com for reinstall or replacement of your belt. If your belt has a number code on it I will need that. It will look something like this: STS 60 S3M471 If it has no code on it I still may be able to figure out the belt you need. Again, reach me at my website: breadmachineshelp.com

My bread pan becomes dislodged many times during the kneading cycle. I have to reset the pan and then continue the cycle. This is a new problem with my Cuisinart Bread Maker. Thanks for your help.

There should be some metal tabs that hold the bread pan in that machine. You probably have to push the pan over them to get it to stay. These become weak sometimes and you just need to try to stretch them out from the inside wall of the bread maker. You want them to stick out more so it puts more pressure onto the pan. Let me know if this doesn't make sense and I'll see if I can explain it a little better. Austin

The bread pan is stuck in machine at the bottom. How can it be removed?

Most bread machines are held in by 2 little spring clips...one on each side.

They are under tension when the pan is in the oven and that is how it stays stable when kneading is taking place. So to get it out you have to release that tension and that is going take what I call the little "pop". Grab the handle of the pan right in the center with both hands and put a little slack in it by lowering the handle down about an inch and then "pop" it straight up the little clips will release ther hold on your pan......magic!!

My cuisinart CBK-200 wont switch on, tried with different plug point, still the machine will not start. The Bread Pan wont come off. Please help. Best Regards, John Joseph

Inspect the cord thoroughly for breaks. Make sure that the plug points are clean and fit snugly into the wall-socket.

Put some hot water into the the bread-maker (disconnect the plug first) and wait a few minutes. Then clean it out and try to pull up the bread-pan.
