Nordyne E2EB-017HA air handler blower won't turn on unless I hit the housing. I can turn the fan easily by hand.

Very carefully give the blower wheel a spin and see if the thing takes off and spins. If so, you need to replace the capacitor on the indoor blower. It gives it the "boost" it needs to get going

Anyone have a wireing diagram for a nordyne E1EH-015HA

Intertherm does not offer a wiring diagram for the E1 series anymore. So I have included a link to the E2 series. They are very similar and you may find this service manual helpful for whatever problem you may be having.

System wont kick on

I am giving you a link to the expanded view of your unit. The fuse is marked #30 on the schematic and you can see where it is located on the schematic. Its a 3 amp fuse. If it won't kick on, you need to reset your breaker in your main breaker box manually. Don't trust that it "looks" ok, pysically reset it. Then reset the breakers that are on the unit its self and test that you have voltage to the unit. If you do, then you need to test for the unit being told to come on by the thermostat. This will be 24 volt. Check that the transformer is getting power and the power leaving it is 24v. If the unit isn't being called to come on and you have 24v, it's the thermostat. If it is being called and you have all the voltages and they are correct, you will need to look at the sequencer and the blower relay. You will find this in the the expanded view. Hope this helps.
