I rarely use my R200 for printing, and mainly use it for printing CDs. I am having trouble getting paper to load. I may get one or two pages to print and then it flashes and stops indicating that the paper isn't loaded correctly. I have tried taking the paper out and putting it back in (several times) have tried putting in more or less paper (several times) but more often than not it will not load the paper. I've used plain paper, heavier card stock and photo paper. It might print the heavier or photo paper, but usually won't (pity it's a photo printer). Plain paper seems to work. Any suggestions much appreciated before I take a hammer to it.

Loading your paper
Paper loading tips:
● Load paper with the side to be printed facing down.
● You can print photos and documents on a wide variety of paper sizes, from
8 x 13 cm (3 x 5 inch) up to 22 x 61 cm (8.5 x 24 inch). The 10 x 15 cm
(4 x 6 inch) photo paper is available with and without tabs.
● Before loading paper, pull the Main paper tray out (use the Main tray release or
the tray grips) and slide out the paper-width and paper-length guides to make
room for the paper. After loading paper, adjust the guides to fit close to the edges
of the paper without bending the paper. When finished loading paper, push the
Main tray back in all the way.
● Load only one type and size of paper at a time in the same tray.
● After loading paper, extend the Output tray extension to catch your printed pages.
Use the directions in the following table to load the most commonly used paper sizes

Depends how long you have had your printer, epson are well know for the rollers that takes the paper in getting worn, and so does the cd/dvd tray, eventually you have to push the tray in by hand to get the thing started, somtimes changing the disk tray helps, if youve got a spare one,
Disconnect the printer from the computer. Turn it off & make sure the CD/DVD tray is closed then turn it back on.
Here's generic instruction for you:

Recommendations: -Don't force the CD/DVD tray into the printer. -Make sure your printer is powered on, and the output tray is in the upper position. -Please ensure there is at least 3 inches of space behind the printer, or the CD tray may eject.
Included, are the correct CD/DVD loading instructions. Please follow the instructions below:

Push in the guide until the arrow on the tray matches up to the arrow on the tray guide. 7. Press the PAPER button to load the CD/DVD into the printing position. General tips for CD and DVD printing: -Burn data/video/images onto CDs or DVDs before attempting to print on them. -Do not use thermal-printable or regular CDs or DVDs in the printer. -Moisture or fingerprints on the printable surface of the CD may cause marks or smearing to appear after printing. -All printable inkjet media is different. Some surfaces will absorb ink better than others. If output appears banded, faded, or streaky, print a Nozzle Check pattern to confirm that all colors of ink are printing completely. If the ink does not completely dry or smears after 24 hours curing time, you may need to use the Epson Print CD tools to adjust (lower) the print density. -The only supported resolution for CD/DVD printing is 1440 dpi (aka "Photo") -Borderless printing and printing on the "inner circle" (plastic around central hole) of CDs is not supported. -Do not use the "print preview" feature provided by the Epson printer driver as it will only show the image on a blank field and does not offer a clear indicator of where the image will print. -The Epson Print CD software works best with JPG images and may not import some TIFF images.
