You need a USB cable to connect your camera to your computer. Open windows explorer. Plug in the camera and turn it on. You should see a new storage device appear in explorer as if it was a hard drive, for example. Just click on it and navigate the menus down to your .jpg files. Use drag'n'drop or cut and paste to move the files where you want. You'll want to delete the files from the camera when done to make room for more :)

Where can i go to get the program to download my pictures from my camera to my computer

If your using window, you already have it, at least with vista. It is called window Photo gallery. Also your camera's manufacture has downloads for your camera, you can use adobe photoshop, which is downloadable, any electronics store also has these. Some are more inclusive and cost more than others but a simple program is all you need to retrieve the picture. On windows phot gallery, open the program and click on the header above the blank spot named file, then click on imprt photos from camera. If your camera is hooked to the computer it will recognize it and down load your pictures into the gallery

Just bought a new Fujifilm Camera model S1800. I get an I/O error when trying to download the pictures from the camera using the Finepix program. I reloaded the program and got the same problem. I have...

If you really want to use the Finepix program and you've been to the support section of the Fuji website to download any software updates, then I suggest you get a card reader and download the pics to a folder you create on your desktop. Once there, you can send them to the Finepix program. typrice_88.jpg

Hi. I'm wanting to find an easy way to download pictures from my Cannon IXUS 8015 to my pc. My pc has recently been cleaned and I've reinstalled the relevant Cannon driver for downloading pictures. However...

There are three ways to download your pictures.

1. Using original software and a USB cable:

To download by this way you should connect the camera to your PC with its original USB cable. And also you should use the original software of Canon that you have already installed.

2. Using a USB cable only:

You should connect your camera with a suitable USB cable. Then a popup window appears. Choose to use the camera as a storage media then download your pictures.

3. Using memory card reader:

You should remove your memory card from your camera. Then plug in to your PC card reader or if your PC does not have a card reader, you should buy a new card reader. Card readers are very cheap and can be found every market.

I offer you to download your pictures by the card reader. You can see the pictures and choose to download easily. Just drag and drop the pictures from the card to PC. This is the easiest way that I can offer to you.

You can use "photofiltre" program to edit your pictures. This program is very powerful indeed. You can do everything with this program.
This is the link that you can download this program. I leave this program to my website for you for a limited time. At least two weeks you can download from the given address.

I hope it helps.

Need the program to download pictures in my pc

Have your sister to buy a card reader from most any store such as Walmart, Best Buy, and so on. These card readers are not expensive, and most are less than $20.00. They will show up as a mass storage device, and usually need no drivers for the newer operating systems, including Mac, Linux, Windows, and others.

Well if you pictures what you need to do is connect the camera to your computer and make sure the camera is on. A window should pop up asking what program you would like to open the pictures with. Just pick a program and uploaded the pictures. It's not hard.
