Is this SA 3020 compatible with any charging alarm clock?
I bought an alarm clock that plays back, charges Ipods. I would enjoy this feature and use without having to use a head set. The unit I chose did not have the proper connection to plug into. Is there another unit that is compatible? What is the plug in in the center, bottom for if not? Doesn't say in the quick start guide.

I figure my best solution is to go to my supplier, Walmart and ask them. I don't feel I should have to pay to get a question like this answered, after all, it most likely would have created another sale for your company! Pat Gurney

Using the ipods audio settings, program the playback features to shuffle playlist, or even continous play. The music should shuffle once these settings applied to the audio on the ipod. Explore the ipods settings features, unless audio shuffle.
Usually most mp3 players work as a flash drive when you plug them into your computer. Some won't let you transfer or play while charging, but this one looks like it gives you an option to.
Open Windows Explorer (to see the drives, folders and files) and plug your mp3 player in. Select Charge and transfer. A new Removable Device should appear in Explorer with a drive letter assigned to it. It could be F:, G:, H:, etc... Just copy your mp3s onto that drive.
When you are finished, clock Safely Remove Hardware in the bottom right corner of your screen and select the mp3 player device and stop it. A message will appear saying that it is safe to remove this device. Then unplug it and enjoy!
i have somewhat of a similar problem with my ipod Touch and my JBL docking station alarm clock thingy. It may just be that the ipod is not compatible on some of the levels that the Igroove is. With my docking station, it wont charge my ipod touch itll only play music
First try opening the gogear device and click on music right after the welcome screen. Select either "All Songs", "Artists" or "Albums" to find your songs. If you downloaded your songs, they should display on the screen of philips gogear, then you can select them to play on your headphones
Only some audio formats (.mp3 .wav and .wma will be play on philips gogear SA 3020/37)
