You have a DVD player hooked etc to either channel three or four? Usually this equipment is connected into the Jacks on the rear of the set, that is to say hooked to a video input and not with the tuner, if hooked that way select the input with the remote for the set and see the picture....

Can you hook up a Playstation2 to a Durabrand (DUR7) Portable DVD Player?


I don't think you can. The DUR7 only has output options... no input. Think it it as a DVD player that just so happens to have a monitor; it's not a DVD recorder.

try checking the video connector on the PS2. Make sure its firmly seated

If you have component out jacks in the back (yellow, white, red plugs) you should be able to buy plugging them into your TV's Component IN jacks.

Thanks for the help, but my DVD player doesn't have a toggle switch on it to change modes. There's pretty much just one.

Playing DVD on PlayStation2


just put the dvd in start the console and the dvd should play automaticly. use the O button on the ps2 controller to open your dvd menu
