Coffee is not flowing. What?s wrong? (by 3 users)

I just got my new Rocky today, and I cannot get it to grind either. Beans are in it, I have it set to 8, 10, 12, 20, nothing comes out. The motor does turn on.

For this hand-crank burr coffee grinder the problem occurs when using coffee beans with a high oil content; the beans do not push their way down through the grinder into the collection box below the grinder mechanism. I'm going to try the solution the Zassenhaus web site suggests -- grind some rice or grain to clean the burrs.
