It sounds like they are not bound to each other. Look for how to bind the remote to the plane in the manual.

It appears that the tail rotor holds the horizontal stability when going backwards. i.e. only works when command is backward.
If the tail rotor does not spin then try lubricating the shaft with some talcum powder. To test whether it working blow down on to the rotor and it should spin rapidly. The talcum powder worked for me.

hey. I bet you asked to experts for this-well you get me. Ok so i think you either need a new one or it is gummed up with hair. Have a look online for spare parts or take it to your supplier

Make sure that the switch on the helicopter is on charge (CHGE).

Did you turn the actual helicopter OFF? make sure that is switched OFF. Did that help?

1.Take out charging wires. 2.turn off your heli and insert charging socket into your heli's socket. 3.the charging green light will light up while charging. 4.charging complete, the green light will turn off. 5.pull out the wires and you are ready to fly. Let the heli's battery cool down for approx. 15 minutes before charging.

As far as the green light on the charger not coming on: after I tested the batteries in the remote, I found that it was due to 2 of the 6 batteries in the remote control being dead (0.1volts) The charger probably sucks the power out of the #1 and #6 battery.

Make sure all batteries in the Remote have the same charge.

Also, there seems to be a loose contact in the charger plug prongs. You will have to find a way to sit the helicopter so that it stays in contact with the prongs while charging. Mine has to be on it's side to keep the green charger light on.
