To get into the Windows 2000 / XP Safe mode, as the computer is booting press and hold your "F8 Key" which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
Safe mode takes a while to load but once it is loaded, I think you can use control panel to get to "add/remove programs" - then hopefully you can uninstall "screen on password"
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Enter the BIOS at power on, rather than booting windows, and go through the settings. Put in your old password and enter a new one as prompted on the screen. If you bought this used, and there is a password from a previous owner, you can go to the system board and remove the small jumper that maintains the password lock for the BIOS. This should allow you access to the BIOS if you're locked out by a previous owner's password.
Try admin or just hit enter. If not remove the battery from the mother board for 5 minutes and see whether it helps. If you haven't entered a password on BIOS there shouldn't be any problem. Also try deleting if you have any other users accounts on the system. Good Luck!
By removing password on WINDOWS LOG-I, here a tip on how to remove the password. # Before the windows system boot up press F8 then will appear Windows Configuration command then select SAFE MODE. # Wait until it comes up to the screen and you will see the 2 USERS "ADMINISTRATOR" in "USERNAME". # Go to Control Panel and select USER ACCOUNT. # Click on "USERNAME" then remove the password. # Restart your COMPUTER and the windows system will direct you to the DESKTOP.
Hope this might help you my instructions. Good luck!
