Question about Mitsubishi WS-65411 65" Rear Projection Television

Open Question

Glare We just moved into a home that has alot of windows. Can't see the program due to the glare. Do you have any suggestions? The previous owner took off the screen protecter (I guess that is what it is) And it works. Also, sometimes the tv will start blinking, but when we have the menu button it stops blinking... Also we live in the desert, so the dust is well huge... Should I be cleaning anything.... Mucho Thanks Debi

SOURCE: glare-can we remove plasting sheeting on screen?

yes, you need a philips screwdriver, pull the speaker grill off, remove the 4 or 5 screws along the bottom of the screen assembly, unlock the 2 electrical plugs and remove them from their ties, lift up on the screen assembly and remove it. turn it upside down and remove the 4 screws holding the bottom of the frame on, remove frame bottom, slide screen protector out, re-assemble, bingo, no glare.

I'm assuming you mean its google locked. This is because you removed the previous owners google account from the phone without them removing the device from their google account, so it gets locked for privacy by google. This is a common problem now and a big reason i tell everyone to stay away from a used smart phone unless you buy it from a reputable shop that will stand behind it. There is nothing you or boost can do, it will require the previous owner to login to the phone with their google account and remove the device from their google account, then it can be set up with a new google account.

Reflection off of screen

Plasma TV's are known for their glare and reflection issues, you can still fix it by buying a third party anti-glare filter and applying it on your television. For example, "ViewGuard" makes filters that goes up to 65" in size. It is not cheap though, depending on the size of your television.
Of course, the best solution is to adapt your room accordingly. If the glare is caused by the sun light coming from the windows, installing curtains on your windows or moving your television to a better spot is a very effective way to reduce the glare and the reflections on your television.
If the glare is caused by the room's lights, the best solution is to install ceiling spot lights with a dimmer.

Hope that helps!

Have a Pentair 7000 water softener, getting brown/gray water in my home! Any suggestions

I think this can also be due to rusty pipes or connections as it is seen to clear off after the initials flow. You can connect an online filter unless the water is confirmed to be hard and needs to be softenend..

Glare from laptop

LOL, not much you can do about the glare unless you buy some type of cover that goes over the screen.

Have you tried darkening the screen by using your keyboard keys that controls the brightness and darkness? Usually they work in conjunction with the FN function key.

I need a product key for windows 7

the product key for windows should be on the windows authentications sticker on the bottom of your machine if that sticker is not there either you or a previous owner took it off or the machine did not come with windows 7 originally installed so you will have to pay about 100 dollars to get the program which provides you with a boot disc and the product key
good luck

I purchased a samsung sgh-g600 from the bootsale. i was shown it all workin and that it was not blocked then the seller took his sim out an i brought it. once i got home and put my sim in it it is asking...

The previous owner of that cellphone that you purchase put a cellphone code. My best suggestion is to contact the previous owner of that cellphone. Or if there is available cellphone repair shop then they can crack the code. Coz if I will suggest you to do some tricks then it will cost you to buy a device and software to crack the code of your phone. Hope this help. Thank you.

Reflection and glare on a 55'' Mitsubshi projection TV

I have the same problem with my Mitsubishi and the only solution I have come up with is slightly moving the TV's angle so the reflection is not as bad and closing drapes or curtains. Also turn off lamps. This is a poor design but Mitsubishi is not the only TV that has this type of problem. It is something I have become accustomed to and do not notice it as bad since I have moved the TV angle.
