You can go to any Att store and purchase a new sim card. If you explain the situation they may even give you one. They are realitively inexpensive either way. The cell phone company has to program the simcard to your number any way.

Please contact the company whose bill you're asking about. FixYa has no information about bills sent to you by an unnamed company.

My screen is white but everything works. i have sent it away once and i am sending it away again. will they replace my phone if this problem exsists

The Rivals are kind of known for this issue. This is Jon from THE CELL PHONE GUY in Sioux Falls SD. Its a flex cable issue wich is the connection between the motherboard of the phone and the screen. Its a simple fix i would think that the insurance company would keep replacing them if the problem keeps happening but if they dont there are shops like ours that can do the repair for about the same that the insurance claim costs. We only charge fifty dollars for this kind of repair and can simply be done within a couple hours and can be done at home too. If you would like to do it at home i can give you a step by step instructions you can send me an email if you would like at gus6607@hotmail.com or you can visit our website www.thecellphoneguyonline.com hope this helps

I tried to unlock my nokia 6500s so i could a sim card from a different service provider but a got the code wrong a few times due to wrong information. I have the correct code straight from vodafone now...

yep after the code has been entered in wrong five times the phone can only be unlocked by hardware and cable so thats why it needs to be sent away .

Outbound Text Message

It's a operator message. Your SIM card need to send a message to the operator to inform something about your phone (like you are using a new phone) but the receiver don't recognize for what the message is. Your sim card will keep sending the message until it receives a valid response.
Try to change the SIM card and see what happens. If the problem appears only with one card, you may ask your carrier company to change it.

Motorola razr v3-wont turn on

I am having a simuler problem. I bought my Razr V3 the 1st week of Dec of 2004. in less than 3 weeks I started having problems. I live in Western Okla. and Dobbson is my provider. When I bought my V3 Dobbson said that there was no insurance that I could buy to protect it but, that they use a compainy that for $35 will advance exchange a phone while the broken 1 is being fixed. The compainy sent me my new phone back 17-Jan-06. phone worked great! For about 4-6weeks that is. I called the repair compainy again and they told me that my waranty had expired. So I lived with the trouble I was having(check SIM)for almost 1 year. I found that by putting paper between the SIM card wire retainer & SIM the problem was deminished. Around the 1st of 2007 the phone started having more problems. Locking up, screen going blank (white), & turning itself off. I contacted the Dobbson and they gave me a new repair compainy to contact. I sent my Razr to them expecting to receive the phone back in working order. They received my phone on 6 Feb 07 and they sent it back on 7 feb 07 for the reason that my phone was out of warrenty. I went to motorola.com and put in my phones ID # and was told that the warrenty had expired on 2 Feb 07. Later I found out that the 1st and 2nd repair compainy were both the same compainy. The same compainy that had told me my phone was out of warrenty approximently 1 year earlyer. I have sent a letter to Motorola about this problem and that was over 2 weeks ago and havent heard anything from them (motorola). I also called the repair compainy and after not receaving any help from the lady that answered the phone so I ask to speak to the supervisor. I was transfer to the supervisors voice mail, so I left a message. And of course I have not received any communication from that supervisor eather. Don't know what else to do. Anybody haveing simuler problems? What did you do? Thanks Gregg
