My camcorder is on and fully charged, but the screen is completely black.  Even when I record and do a playback, it still shows black but you can here the sound??

In camera or record mode, I am unable to see any live footage. The screen is mostly blackened, and shows very little light in the top left corner.

See this link. Canon has issued a world wide service notice regarding the CCD image sensor. If they determine that this is your problem (and yours are the symptoms of this problem), they will repair your camera at no cost regardless of warranty status.

JVC GR-D270 MiniDV camera i dont see nothing to my lens

You have an internal "lens cap" that covers the lens to protect it when it is not in use. Look around the front of the camera, near the lens and you should find some sort of switch or lever that will open the lens cap.

Lens cap?

Try removing the battery, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in. That may reset the lens cap sensor.
