Printer not printing black ink

I purchased my Kodak Easyshare 5100 about 4 months ago, and for about a month now it has not been printing well at all! The black ink is very very light, with white lines going through it. I have replaced the ink cartridge twice, and I am getting the same results. I have even triedthe maintanence, but know luck.

Contact Kodak with your problem. The problem is in the print head. Kodak will send you a new print head free, then follow the instructions that are inclosed to change the print head. DO NOT TRY TO CHANGE IT WITHOUT READING THE INSTRUCTIONS. You may damage the new head and they will not replace it a second time for free.
