HP 6110 Officejet all-in-one will not print from the glass top. It will make prints coming from the computer after I press "enter" from message "paper jam". I also can fax. Please help.

You will need to open the top and look inside where the paper travels through and attempt to free any paper pieces that have gotten stuck in the pathway. You probably have a bad board in your control panel, since you are able to print from the computer.

Paper jam, clear jam and then press enter but there is no paper jam in printer

There are several sensors along the paper path. There could be a small piece of paper on one of them. You can use a can of air to blow it out. The quality of paper you use can leave small pieces of paper all around.

This problem doesn't seem to be exclusively a 6110 problem. HP.com has a web page that addresses this and related issues:

Copy problem

try cleaning the pickup rollers and seperation pad with oil like WD40 or even acetone, thiswill probably help. If not, you have a blue plastic strip behind the roller mechanism. Remove this strip and make sure that no paper or staples etc are jammed there.

The paper sensor flag is probably stuck or broken. The part number is C7309-40013.
