Question about Brother HL 1240 Printer
Since my drum light was on for a while yet, I decided to replace the drum unit. After having done that following the instructions, the drum warning light is still on. Is there a procedure to put some counter or sensor back to zero or what do I have to do to make it go off?
-Open the printer front door. -Press the recessed button below the row of LEDs and hold down till all of the LEDs turn on. -close the front door. Let us know if you have any more questions and please don?t forget to rate this posting.

Thanks for the tip. It worked; the drum light is now off. I couldn't find help in any of the literature that came with my printer.
