Question about Acer Aspire 5315 Notebook
Acwe screen pops up for 3 seconds then goes to black screen with a blue box , enter current password. will not accept my password, after 3 tries it says password faild system halted. acer sent a new hard drive today and still the same problem.
Problem is not your hard drive it is your BIOS. You need to take it to a professional or a community college and ask them to clear your bios for you or reset it. This is part of an onboard hardware issue and should be fixed by a professional.
