From my experiance w/ Dream Maker hopefully it's just a "check valve" off the ozone line that has cracked/broke & the water will not drain past the height of where the line is mounted.

Does the spa drain approox to where the seat level is?

How quickly does it take to drain?

The thing that stinks w/ Dream Maker is you don't get a lot of room to work on the equipment w/ their little access door.

Sounds like you need to get under the spa and look at where the jet is leaking. it may be just one of the jet body's is not seated properly and needs to be undone and have some silicone put back on and reinstalled.

Put a new pump in well and it keeps running can not finds no leaks, showing 30lbs of pressure on tank

adjust the pressure switch if it has an auto switch off
if it is a jet pump then the water will continue to circulate through the pump back to the jet nozzle and up to the pump
if it is not controlled the eventually the pump will boil the water and overheat

Re Stihl RE125K power washer. How to get a focused jet? Is the nozzle adjustable?

the best nozzle to use for your requirement is a turbo nozzle
It sprays a cone pattern that spins in an eccentric circle so that what ever is being cleaned is attacked from all angles
some machines do have adjustable nozzles so talk with your stihl dealer for ideas as to what is available

im gonna assume your referring to the parts that make a spa work ,
1st theres the main pump most times there centrifugal pumps with mechanical shaft seals , this pump moves water in thru the filters and out the nozzles around pool ,most spa's have a two or more speed motor that runs this pump
2nd some spa's (not all) have a second pump usually smaller these are for the heating circuits , they are also centrifugal and use mechanical or magnetic seals these pumps also intake thru the filters and push water thru the heating elements and also the water conditioner (UV) and on some spa's its also a means to add water treatment chemicals as well
3rd and last but not least theres the blower now not all spa's have one of these , but most do , this blower blows air into the main nozzles exit ports and make the wonderfull bubbles in the spa , now some spa's don't have a blower and use a process called venturi to draw air into a nozzle as water is forced out of it , but this type of system is a bit temperamental and is difficult to keep working well ,
blower motors also have adjustable speeds to adjust the amount of bubbles in spa

Fix leak around thw jet

If anyway possible, provide a picture of the jet assembly. Or at least make / manufacturer, along with the model number? That can usually be found within the orifice rotator or nozzle.
backside of spa where the jet is, that is the one in question, you may find a part number there as well or the manufacturer. Reason being: is that all Jets have the through wall removed differently, including the nozzle. Each manufacturer makes a special tool for them to be removed, prior to removing the through wall so that you would be able to either replace the gasket that came with it or a silicone sealant, so that it can be resealed and be leak free.

As you can see by this picture, there are a lot of components to a jet that is installed in the spa.
you can also see in the picture, that there are three different types of tools used for this particular jet. Item #1 is the portion of the jet that is behind the spa wall. All other items are on the inside of the spa, in the water portion.
part number three, is the through wall that I mentioned. That is usually right up against the spa wall and that is where the seal breaks, creating a leak. That is what would need to be removed and resealed, either with a new gasket or silicone sealant.
but prior to that being completed, items four through eight have to be removed first. Each jet manufacture, along with the many types of models that they each have, are different! And that is why it is so difficult for forum like this to help you, when we do not know exactly what yet you have.

good luck

Morgan spa diagrams

The water jets in most spas are adjustable so you can turn the water flow down to just a trickle if you want to.
You don't take current spa jets out of the spa. They are held in place by a couple of tabs. Through the years the chlorine/bromine will deteriorate those tabs and the spa jets will start "popping" out when the jets get turned on.
If you pull the jet insert out the socket they are in, you will ruin the jet insert and it will need to be replaced.

A heavy water leak as soon as we turn on the jets. Is it one of the jets leaking or something else?

circ pump and booster pumps are different. circ pump is on during filtration cycles aswell as the heating element. booster pumps run the remaining jets. if you are only losing water when the jets are turned on, then start looking under the tub skirt for leaks within the jets and the plumbing

My spa has developed a leak, water is pooling up under the spa on the tiled deck it is sitting on.Cannot locate the leak ,is it likely to be one of the hoses,or more complicated than this?

Finding a leak can be a nightmare.

If your spa has not be subjected to a hard freeze, we have had fairly good luck with Fix-A-Leak for small cracks up to 1/8"

If that does not help, start by checking all the connections at the ends of each hose for your jets & manifolds. A barb or clamp could be loose.
Also check the seals/gaskets of your suction fittings and jet bodies.
To try and determine the level of the leak play with the water level see if it still leaks when the tub is 1/2 or 1/3 full?

If your spa has a lot of spray foam insulation the task is much more difficult, good luck!

It continures all of a sudden to run in a circle and tie itself in a know. I've adjusted the rear nozzle several different configurations but it continues as mentioned. Do I need a new hose line?...

There are several things that you need to check when these automatic pool cleaners are doing this. First, you might need to adjust the thrust jet. It could be that it is releasing too much water at one time and making the unit go in one direction. Make sure that your feed hose is floating properly. When the cleaner is operating, hold it upside down and look into the tube. You should see two distinct, even jets of water. If you do not, you need to have the cleaner serviced by a pro.
