I bought a new modem this spring, and since then I have been billed every month for a service plan. I paid for the modem and did not ask for the service plan. I have spent at least an hour each month for the last 4 month on the phone trying to get it cancelled. I have been assured each time that it will not appear on the next bill. I even have transaction numbers. It continues to be put on my bill. I am ready to cancel all my verison accounts over this. Can you help?
If you have not threatened to cancel, do so now. give them one more time (i mean, you already gave them what 4 mulligna?) and if it shows up again....cancel.
