I have this OptiPlex Gxa pc that i've bought second hand. and i replace my original case with another dell pc (not the same type) and the i replace my mother board. then i plug it and it just turn on automaticlly and didn't give signal. oh! i forgot to mention : I can't turn it off from the power button. i have to unplug it.

try to remove the power cable on that product and then hold the power button for 8 secs. Reinsert back the power cable and press the power button. If it won't turn on, then the power supply is the main cause of trouble. Contact dell right away for repair...
Open up the case and remove any add in cards and memory modules. Try to start up by adding these back one at a time until the unit stops booting normally. The light combination is not one recognised in the user manual so I am guessing you have a non-descript fault with one of your components. Be careful when you open the case as to not disturb the ribbon to the motherboard which controls the power, I have had a very long experience trying to get one of these reconnected!
Make sure that you correctly connect the power card & the ribbion from the motherborad on the drive. The motherboard should see the drive automatically from in the BIOS(thats the black screen w/ writings). If not then the cards at the back isn't plugged in correctly.
