I have a problem with the rubber ring in the lid of the carafe. It comes off and then is virtually impossible to put it back on the way it came from the factory. Also, this makes it difficult to pour the coffee out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just purchased the cook's essentials mill & drip coffeemaker with thermal carafe. When you pour the coffee into your cup it leaks all over the counter. When you put the carafe back on the coffeemaker it leaks profusely out of the handle. I would belive that a seal is missing from the carafe lid allowing the hot coffee to seep into the trim ring then into the handle. This is a brand new appliance. Doesn't the manufacturer test these coffeemakers before selling them?? I need to rectify this problem soon. This specific style is the same as a Melitta coffeemaker that I owned a few years ago and I loved it. I don't love this one.

We have the same problem with our Barista Coffee pot. We have to stay by the pot when making coffee to avoid water or coffee all over the counter top. We probably need to replace a seal in the lid. Where or how can we find this part?

The rubber ring that fits around the bottom part of the lid that screws into the carafe is missing. I cannot find where I can have it replaced. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. The rubber ring has perished/melted, so they unit doesn't build pressure, and no one seems to be able to sell me a replacement ring. Although the unit is two years old, we have used it less than a dozen times and it looks brand new. Can't say I'd recommend this product.

Bunn home coffee maker, leaks water underneath the unit. It apparently needs a new seal. How to replace and where to buy. The unit is seven or eight years old.

I unscrewed the steel sieve like plate to find a tear in the rubber gasket that seals it to keep the water pressurised. I haven't been able to find a spare part for my Krups online anywhere yet??
Thanks

I need to find a top filler tray/funnel for a GR. The tank filler hole has become brittle from the heat of the tank and has broken away around the seal.
On the bottom of of the tray/funnel is a number 4852-A.
Looked all over the Web to find only customer replacement parts. Where can a tecie get the right parts?
I guess I'll call the 1-800 number in the morning.
