Question about Dell Inspiron 6000 Notebook
Restart the PC and as soon as it starts up after the Post Beep and the Bios, press F8 key at the top of your keyboard a few times and you will see a Safe Mode Menu... Your problem is that you are either using the wrong Graphics Driver, or your resolution is not supported by your monitor. You need to go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall it... If you don't know which driver to install use Unknown Devices which is an app that will tell you your Unknown Hardware Devices, you can find a good clean version to download at Major Geeks. Google...
