Question about RCA M4204 MP3 Player
Everytime i turn on the samsung OPAL it freezes and doesn't move at all. when i added songs on it, the computer said that it was too many, i dont know if that messed it up or not. I dont know how to delete the music on there without actually being at the menu. I need to know how to reset it or erase all the files or something so it can work again.
Plug it to the computer
hold down the power button on the mp3 player for 10 seconds.
Go to the RCA web site and download the firmware.
Keep it plug into the computer and install the firmware.
Should work like new. (if you choose format it will erase everything and be back to factory settings)

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
