Problems with creative 1469

Apologies looking for faults on this site for a creative 1469 but ran out of options. As soon as the machine is switched on the needle shift to the far left and stay there. An a attemped is made to key in any functions the needle attemped to move to the center but jump right back to the left. The stepper motor situating on top was replaced once before, but the problem came right back after a few hours of work done. Is there something els I must look for? Thank you Jas van Wyk

........ Hi!

I have seen a lot of machines around that model with similar problems. Unfortunately, it is usually related to the main computer board. More than likely it will be uneconomical to fix as they are so expensive ( in Australia anyway).

Good luck

What is the value of a Pfaff, Creative 1469, please. Thanks.

Depends on a lot of things including the visual and physical condition of the machine, its features, how it's been maintained over the years, the accessories included, the desirability of the machine, and location of the machine. Best way to find out is check with a sewing repair shop or search for machines for sale or recently sold on the internet, ie eBay...

Pfaff creative 1469 runs only when plug from foot is manipulated. How to test if problem is plug or plug hole?

It is probably the cord. Sometimes the springs in the socket in the base plate of the machine are loose and can be bent back into place.

Need instruction booklet for pfaff creative 1469 sewing machine

ebay might have what you are looking for. This is the first place I'd look for parts the stopped production. Reading material will always be in ebay than the manufacturer itself. Also try this one I found http://sewingwishlist.com/help/pfaff-1469-info.html

When I turn on my PFAFF 1222 it wont sew

It may be in bobbin filling mode. Can you turn the inner circular on the hand crank. If you can click it into position, this should engage the needle mechanism.
