Question about Computers & Internet
Assuming it's for Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, or GMail (Google e-mail), you can simply click on the "lost password" icon or help box. They'll normally ask you a question or two to make sure you can identify yourself and/or give an answer to a question you answered when you got the e-mail account. Assuming you didn't make up information to get the account, and can't remember the information you gave them, you should be able to answer the question, they'll normally ask you to provide a new password, and you're back using your e-mail account.
Let me know if this works.
