When I connected my mp3 to the computer, it does not show any songs, yet it says filled. This is the first time this has ever happed to me. Any help is appreciated. -   chhozin
You need to format the device:
Format
This will format your Sansa c200 player’s internal memory
1) Select Settings from the Main Menu.
2) Select Format
3) Select Yes to format the internal memory or No to cancel.

I have a sansa c250 with music loaded onto it. I want to transfer the files to my desktop and then onto my new sansa fuze. When I use m/player it does not recognize any of the memory. I just want my music so I can transfer it. Help?
