Click Start - Programs and look for one or more sections starting with DELL.One of them should be a support section, and you might find exactly what you need under that section. There are probably 4 different DELL Menu selections, so look closely for the right one.
Good luck,

SOURCE: drivers for windows xp of dell xps 1530

I do believe that xps 1530 is built in for vista, that only thing that i can suggest you is you can try to look for the specific driver on other xps laptops for example your chipset is intel mobile then choose xp as the operating system or just directly search in support.dell.com

SOURCE: i want to reboot my

Reboot? You mean restart? Click Start, click the arrow beside the Lock button and choose Restart. It's the same.

If you mean System Recovery (wiping out everything but the OS and making the PC new), then there must be a software like Recovery Manager. Search Start Menu.

As it is a Dell, you must have a recovery partition on the drive. It will be just as new.

Or use the set of CDs that you created when it was new, or one which you got with the PC. If you didn't get and you didn't even make it, ask Dell to send a set for your model.

If nothing works, then use a Vista installation disk that you can buy in a retail store. Note that you won't get the pre-installed software that you got from Dell when you removed the PC from the box.

SOURCE: drivers for windows xp of dell xps 1530

I have the same problem but I also have a suggestion, 1st identify all hardware you need drivers for and search drivers indivually on manufactures site. and/or once XP is installed goto "Driverguide.com" or a simular site and download the automatic driver identifier update program. That Free program identifies hardware and lists drivers automatically. As alot of people seem to have this problem it would be great if once these drivers are located someone posted all the drivers for others to download.

SOURCE: corrupted operating system dell xps m140. how to

Dell ships their system with factory installed software and recovery discs.if you formatted using a different , the pre installed recovery are gone. so CALL DELL customer service and have them ship you out a recovery disc its for free, i guess if your still under warranty.
