Question about Acer Aspire 5500 5570-2609 Laptop
Look at the bottom of your Aspire 6930 - is there a small white label anywhere with the Bluetooth symbol, or "Bluetooth", on it? The 6930 in most configurations does NOT come with the Bluetooth hardware in the computer, even though there is a "working" soft touch button for Bluetooth above the keyboard. I've looked but don't see Aspire making an upgrade board available. So, if your Bluetooth attempts keep returning the screen message "No hardware", that's why.

Have you looked to see if there is a bluetooth software bundle that came with your computer? If there is it should be as easy as finding the program on your computer that runs the software. Once you locate the program you'll have to setup the software with your bluetooth device. If you do not have a bluetooth device, setup will not work as it needs the device to automatically sync with your computer.
